Please make sure you read and understand the type of product you are purchasing before you submit your order.

All Appliances such as Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves/Ovens/Ranges, and Washers and Dryers on single pallets are sold as either 'Brand New Factory Direct', Closeouts, Vendor Returns, OR 'Scratch and Dent Return Models' from various major manufacturers and retail stores in working condition. 'Scratch and Dent Return' units may be brand new, displays, or slightly used and may contain slight cosmetic damage. Click on the picture of the appliance to view 'condition'. The picture in posted is the actual unit you will receive.  Appliances are sold with warranties specific to the condition of the merchandise, such as a brand new appliance will have a full manufacturers warranty available as if you purchased it directly from manufacturer.  Closeouts, Vendor returns, scratch and dent models, and refurbished items have warranties available as well, but terms vary with the manufacturer.
 
WE ONLY WARRANTY "BRAND NEW" APPLIANCES.  AS FOR ALL OTHER APPLIANCES, WE DO NOT PROVIDE OR IMPLY ANY WARRANTY FOR ITEMS UNLESS SPECIFIED IN WRITING UPON PURCHASE.

All Non-Appliance Products such as Pallets and/or Truckloads of merchandise with more than 1 item on the pallet is a mix of Customer and Vendor Returns with possibly a few closeouts from major national retailers and catalog companies. This merchandise may have been returned back to the Retailer or Vendor for ANY reasons. THIS MERCHANDISE HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED NOR TESTED. We do not go through these pallets. We do NOT check Items.  We do NOT inspect Items on these pallets. We do NOT test Items. We do NOT "Cherry Pick" Items from Pallets.  You get EXACTLY what we get.

All Non-Appliance pallets are sold "AS IS" with No Guarantee or warranty either expressed or implied and without limitation, of merchandise fitness or marketabililty.  In so many words: "ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS  FOR THESE TYPE OF PALLETS."

You are purchasing liquidation products.  With that being said, We will NOT be responsible for missing items/accessories such as: manuals, feet on bottoms of units, plastic hing covers, kickplates, hoses, cords, etc.  Most manuals if not included with items can be downloaded for free off of the manufacturers websites via the internet.  Accessory items may be obtained from your local technicians or from the manufacturer.  We try to disclose as much information as possible on our bigger items such as appliances that we sell.
 
NO CASH REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ONCE PURCHASED.

We charge a 15% restocking fee for all cancelled orders that have not been shipped out or have been picked up.
